Abu B. Rafique is an American author and mortician of Pakistani descent. His work consists mainly of magical realist fiction, and ties together stories of loss, grief, love, identity, and heartbreak. His debut novel, 'Of Memories and Mirages,' tells a story that spans generations across the bustling city of Karachi. Rafique has several previously published works, including 'Saba & Khushal,' as well as various short stories that have been published in India, Canada, and other countries abroad. He currently lives in Virginia.
