Ciel Downing’s work can be found in The Timberline Review, Word & Image, As You Were, The Squid as well as other journals featuring both her short stories and poems. She received honorary mention in the Elizabeth Lyons award, was Harvard’s Academy of American Poets Prizewinner in 1998, and has a collection of poetry & prose called To Walk the North Direction, due out in January 2024.
