Per-Olof Odman

Born in Sweden in 1943. Emigrated to the US in 1967. Served in the US Marine Corps in Vietnam in 1968. The Marines retired me due to combat disabilities. The VA rated me 100% disabled. Traveled extensively from 1970 to 1979 and from 1991 to today. Traveled in Vietnam in 1992, twice in 1994 and in 1997. Wilderness hiking from 1970 to 1978 and from 1991 to 2007. Worked as a photographer from 1971 to 1979. Had a photo book published in 1976. Renovate old houses from 1979 to today. Worked with historical preservation from 1992 to 2003. A few short adventure and Vietnam war memoirs have been published since 1995, the last one in VVAW's Spring 2016 issue of The Veteran.
